2011 Chicken & Turkey Order Form

After an order has been
placed we will contact you to discuss pickup & payment information. Chickens and Turkeys are seasonal. Chicken spring
orders (for middle of JUNE pickup) are due by MARCH 31st, summer orders (for beginning November pickup) are
due by Sept 20. Turkey orders (for November 20 pickup) are currently being taken until turkeys are gone. (Dates are approximate
and will vary due to weather).
Chickens and Turkeys MUST be
pre-ordered and will be available for pickup at the farm on processing day. Any chickens or turkeys not picked up will be
charged $1 per bird per day storage fee.
